4. Personas & Problem Scenarios

Version 6.1 by Tjalling Haije on 2025/09/08 12:40

Below, several personas are described. Personas represent the different users that we expect may use or be affected by the introduction of our novel technologies. Although personas are fictional characters, they help us keep in mind who we are doing this work for. In the Problem Scenario column, problems that our personas currently run into are captured by short stories (scenarios). In the use cases, we see those same personas interact with our novel technologies. The use cases describe how the scenarios the personas struggled with previously may change when we introduce novel technologies.
