16 **Pre-condition: ** The first responder team just arrived at the worksite, and are wearing health and environmental sensors. These sensors monitor key health indicators (such as, heart rate, body temperature, exposure to toxic gases and physical strain) and will send alerts when certain thresholds are reached.
