Use Case 1: Indoor exploration, analysis and victim localization with OWL

Pre-condition:  The first responder team just arrived at the worksite, and the team leader wants to gain more situational awareness of the worksite and have an indication of the number of victims inside the building.

Use Case 2: First Responder Health sensor reading, analysis and response

Pre-condition:  The first responder team just arrived at the worksite, and are wearing health and environmental sensors. These sensors monitor key health indicators (such as, heart rate, body temperature, exposure to toxic gases and physical strain) and will send alerts when certain thresholds are reached.
