c. Use Case with Claims

Below are the list of currently developed use cases by TNO. These use cases (as described in the SCE FAQ) contain step-by-step descriptions of a user (see 4. Personas & Problem Scenarios) in a specific context and how they interact with the system and the environment. It describes typically what actions the user takes, but now how this is performed.

These use cases are not exhaustive, but cover a majority of the situations in which users utilize Synergise technology to tackle a problem, where human factors and human-machine interaction concepts such as Team Design Patterns play a major role.
